      Pros

      Great working environment with nice leaders, and a great community between employees.

      Cons

      You will have to be fairly flexible with the tasks you are given since it is a small company it is expected that you help out with the tasks at hand. That said, I enjoyed that part, but for some that might be a con. Also since it is a small company they will not be able to pay you as much as the bigger companies of course.

      Dos lugares que já trabalhei, é um dos mais tranquilos. Ambiente agradável. Os gestores são bem de boa. O time também é unido. É uma estrutura bem horizontal. Não tem rotatividade por iniciativa deles, geralmente quem sai daqui é por iniciativa própria.

      Cons

      Os salários não são competitivos. Não tem de fato um plano de carreira, ainda que sua titularidade vá aumentando de jr, pleno, senior, coordenador, etc. As suas responsabilidades são as mesmas.
