Great work environment for everyone

There is no cons for it

Really positive place to work with a friendly, international team and a strong culture of helping each other out. The work is genuinely interesting, with the opportunity to build products used by some of the UK’s biggest financial services clients, and the company has recently landed its first international client too. There is also a strong focus on using modern AI tools properly. All developers use Claude Code, and AI code reviews are part of the development process, which helps improve quality and speed. The company is also starting to introduce AI across the product suite, which makes the work feel exciting and forward-looking. Overall, I really enjoy the work, the opportunity, and the people.

It is a fast-moving company, so priorities can change quickly and there is always a lot to do. That said, this also creates a lot of opportunity to learn, contribute, and have a real impact.
