Easy but repetitive work - Quota - Digitizing Technician Legacybox Employee Review

Pretty good coworkers, some are great. New benefits and bonuses this year over the last couple months. Laid back but a sense of urgency, if that makes any sense.

Pretty busy overall. Moving into the new building and going between the two was hectic!

I really enjoyed the actual work of preserving families' memories, but inept management made giving those memories the time, care, and attention they deserved impossible.

I have never worked for a company with so much disdain for it's employees. Job security was non-existent, quotas were unreasonable and constantly changing, most of the equipment was broken or on it's last leg, you were rarely set up to succeed, and communication was sorely lacking. Morale was abysmal.
