Pros
Flexible hours. Most locations are in design district of Dallas. If you work long enough, owner allows you to work private events, which is great $$. Only one owner, which is awesome don't have to deal with anyone else. Probably the best boss I've had in a long time! Love the payout system, we get paid an hourly even if the tips suck. Also opportunity for monthly bonuses.
Cons
If you can't drive standard, owner won't allow you to work by yourself. I guess I should learn asap...
