Pros

Fantastic place to work, especially if you value a culture of ownership, empowerment, and collaboration. Leadership genuinely cares about employees and encourages everyone to think and act like an owner. There’s a strong emphasis on making the right choices using common sense rather than rigid policies, which makes it easy to feel trusted and supported. The company is growing fast, but they stay true to their core values. Whether you’re in the field or at the Partner Support Center, you’ll find leadership is accessible, open to feedback, and focused on long-term success. LSP also does a great job of balancing in-person collaboration with flexibility when needed. The commitment to developing talent, providing growth opportunities, and building a strong culture across all locations really sets this company apart. If you want to be part of a company where you can make an impact and grow your career, LSP is the place to be!

Cons

The company moves fast and that isn't for everyone. We are building systems and processes in real time. That can be frustrating for some people that want a plug and play type role.

Pros

My time at Legacy Service Partners has been highly rewarding. The company is growing fast, and there’s a real focus on building a strong culture and developing leaders across the organization. Two things LSP does especially well are empowering people to take ownership in their roles and investing in leadership development that genuinely helps teams grow.

Cons

As with any fast-scaling company, there are areas to improve. We could benefit from more consistent support processes across partner locations and clearer communication during periods of rapid change. That said, the work is meaningful, leadership is committed, and if you thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment, it’s an excellent place to build a career.

Pros

I have generally enjoyed working at LSP. The organization has many strengths, including a hybrid work environment that does not require me to go into the office every day. Also, my direct manager is very smart, I can tell that they trust me, they do not micromanage me and they are not constantly monitoring my every move. I'm not sure if this is the case for every team, but having a manager that gives me my space and is there for me when I need help but is not pressuring me all the time really helps with my productivity and the overall happiness of my team. The CEO tends to be positive but honest, presenting the state of the company as it is every meeting- this type of transparency is valuable and refreshing.

Cons

I was disappointed when I learned that Legacy Service Partners will change our benefits out of nowhere without consulting any employee. They decided to remove a benefit that was one of the reasons why many people joined the company- it offered flexibility that helped us balance work and personal life, improved morale, and reduced burnout. Its sudden removal felt like a step back, it was EXTREMELY disappointing and has severely impacted the morale in the company. Even after someone tried to address this issue with higher positions, they were basically ignored and LSP still decided to make this negative change.
