Great people and a very positive environment. Upper management cares about your success as a salesman. They put in the time to make sure that you understand what is required to be successful and help you strive to reach your potential. Fantastic commission structure & Achievable quotas. Wouldn't like to be working anywhere else.

Cons

Lots of long hours during a storm event and during the summer months.
