Pros
Legacy has worked hard to cultivate a culture that empowers all employees regardless of their title and really drives home the spirit of team work daily. Giving back to the communities they serve is something they take to heart and encourage involvement from employees on as well. Leadership has an open-door policy and truly listens to ideas and feedback from all facets of the organization.
Cons
This industry is very past paced and takes a great deal of attention regardless of what sector you're working in, this could be a con to some however this can be something most thrive on as well. I certainly enjoy it!
