Middle management is weak, unknowledgeable, verbally abusive, don’t listen. Middle management seems to be “yes men” to senior management. If an employee needs something, it it recommended to go straight to senior management. Exercise caution when speaking to Fernald consulting. They are not collecting information to assist you the employee! Largest waste of money Legacy spends on a con game.
