You get to fulfill your calling assisting families in need & upper management leaves you alone as long as you are collecting money.
Cons
Corporate only cares about the money. In turn, pay is poverty level, degreed or not. Equipment is trash and if you request a new anything they’ll send you a used one in similar condition from a different funeral home. If you get anything at all. HR (as previous reviews stated) is a joke. Pretty sure they’re solely for payroll, not much else. There is no safety program whatsoever aside from “don’t get us sued for violating the FTC”. Never encountered that before.
