Pros
My coworkers (who are also overworked and underpaid) are great. They put in a ton of hard work that tends to go unnoticed by the company or credit is given to upper management.
Cons
Too many cons to list but I’ll do my best. - They love to hire incompetent upper management and overpay them just so they can take credit for other people’s hard work. They never take responsibility for things that are their fault though, they blame the people who work hard and who are underpaid. - The HR department is a joke. You got harassed at work? Nothing will be done. Another coworker got harassed at work? Nothing will be done. And they’re bad at their jobs, period. They could hire someone from off the street and they’d do a better job as an HR professional than the people who work here. - Pay is laughable. If they say competitive pay, they mean competitive compared to working at McDonalds. They will double or triple your workload and not pay you a cent more, then complain that you’re not doing a good enough job. Overall they seem to reward incompetence and punish people who work as hard as they can to keep things running smoothly. If you’re not a great worker, and enjoy being treated like garbage and being severely underpaid, then this is the company for you. If you have a good work ethic and like being treated like a human being or getting recognition for your work, apply literally anywhere else.
