      Pros

      The experience and knowledge of the owners and upper managment. They have over 40 years construction experience and have been through all kinds of bull and bear markets and have been smart enough to be successful.

      Cons

      Not as many resources available because of the small size of the company. A lot of the daily mundane tasks that should be done by an assistant are put on everyone's plate.
