They drove six hours the night before the funeral, took me to dinner, handed me the necklaces, stayed the night, went to the funeral service the next day, another hour further from their home, braved the bitter cold to be with us at the graveside and stopped at my daughter's home to further pay their respects. When they left Mr. Fletcher had my entire family laughing thus leaving us a lighter note. This is the man and wife that run this company.
