Micro-Management by Leadership: One of the significant challenges has been the leadership style of the CEO and COO, who are closely related (sisters). Their micro-managing approach has increasingly become a bottleneck, hindering not just the efficiency of operations but also affecting the morale of the team. There has been a noticeable shift in the client portfolio, with a gradual decline in higher-end clients, which previously formed the backbone of our project list. This shift has not only affected the company's revenue stream but has also raised concerns regarding the brand's direction and positioning in the market.
