As a senior designer, I have had the privilege of being part of the team at LEFF Design Build. My experience in this position has been truly rewarding. The work I do here is truly astounding. I am responsible for the design of high-end projects, such as luxury homes and commercial buildings. With guidance from supervisors and colleagues, I have been able to push my limits by learning new techniques, discovering innovative solutions, and producing aesthetically pleasing designs. Every day I am challenged to think outside the box, making sure each of my projects is unique and truly reflective of the client’s vision. The work environment at LEFF Design Build is also very positive. Everyone shares their knowledge and experiences with each other, making us all better designers in the process. I have had the opportunity to attend many industry events and networking functions, which has been very beneficial in expanding my professional network. I learned a ton while working here about construction and the remodeling process. They are very family friendly too.

Pay was not that great. There's a lot of office politics that I didn't care for.
