Pros

- The pay was stupid high at the time - The entire company floundered for a bit and pushed out a number of higher ups, so it might not be as toxic of a place anymore. - You can bond with all of the other people who've quit and enjoy telling each other how bad it was

Cons

- The Creative Director demeaned and put down every single person working under him. Nothing was ever good enough, and the stuff that was good enough was micromanaged until you developed heart problems from the frustration. - There was extremely little direction, and a tendency to shoot down any idea that was remotely outside the norm. - Employees would be ignored, to a degree where there would be nothing to do for them if they were disliked. Others would bear the workload of entire teams because of unreasonable deadlines or continuously scrapped work. - The management in general was insane; people has sway over design that should never have been stepping foot in the building. - The company hemorrhaged money left and right, paying for work to be done outside of the office that could have been done by the diligent teams that worked there. - Incredibly toxic individuals that would enmesh drug use, verbal abuse, and frat house dialect into every work day. - To top it all off, the most nepotism I've ever seen in a single company.
