Pros
Leepfrog offers pretty good pay and benefits and it hires great people. They have a fantastic tuition reimbursement benefit.
Cons
Leepfrog Technologies sells technology but the company is so paranoid about security that it operates in a 1990s tech environment. Management is absolutely dedicated to inefficiency and are completely reactive, instead of proactive. There is no planning, no leadership and no communication at Leepfrog.
