      Loved the work, the hours and immediate managers.

      Upper management is clueless, it's their bad decisions that's the root cause for many of the layoffs, and the loss of the local market

      None that I know of.

      Cons

      Poor benefits, 70-hour work weeks, constant fear of staff reductions, community calls daily complaining about the lack of news. I could go on forever.
