the management is in shambles, every time a new person was hired I felt bad because they had no idea what they were getting into. There is no real manager and the owners are only there a couple of days a week but stay cooped up in the office with the door closed. It's tough when you work so hard and create amazing experiences for guests and only get told what you did wrong, or could do differently.
