      Pros

      Cares about the client and the employee A newer company, so there are lots of growth opportunities Pay & Benefits Unlimited PTO with a PTO Minimum to ensure you are actually taking time off Perceptive and very open to suggestions and improvement ideas Work-Life Balance Has a standard for work threshold, but once you meet that and become more efficient, you aren't "rewarded" with more work unless you want it.

      Cons

      Compared to other places I have been employed it's very difficult to think of any cons. If I absolutely had to choose something maybe incorporate periodic team building.

      Pros

      Such a great team of workers. Everyone is always so helpful and professional. The atmosphere is healthy, friendly, and equal. A team player company.

      Cons

      I honestly have no bad or negative input. The only thing is we are all so far away from each other. The life and world of remote working.

      - High quality team - Plenty of flexibility - Great leadership

      There are no cons for me. The team and our leadership team are great to work with. The best team I've been a part of. It can sometimes be fast paced and challenging but that keeps it interesting for me so it's something I appreciate.
