CEO has the leadership and colleagues are very helpful. 2 days working from home.

The staff turnover rate was a bit high, but now it is under control.

flexible working hours, companies event, the environment also good. Actually good for fresh graduate to learn, everyone very helpful.

I know this is somehow normal, but OT cannot be claim compared to the workloads. The previous in charges just to scare to ask but the workload really a lot.
