Pros
Free lunches on Mondays & Fridays. Flexible schedules, starting at 6 am for the early birds!
Cons
Shipping problems galore, favoritism among Team Leads. I know for a fact all 4 of them did not like me and I came in early daily, did my job, tons of overtime, and never was appreciated. They used to do team events, but not so much anymore. And buddy and mentoring lunches with new hires are gone. Endless calls and emails that pile up and finally get responses after WEEKS of sitting in a queue of over 1,000. The CEO thinks everything is all fun and games and brags about it being a great place to work. It's not everything he wants it to be. They make MILLIONS on lost bikes. Customers have to wait and wait and wait for items to be delivered for new product launches. The trike was due to arrive in May, and now it's pushed out until June. Give it a month and it'll be September. Don't plan on having a weekend to yourself. Working on Saturday OR Sunday sucks greatly. Endless calls and they don't post that they are open on the weekends. And all new hires go through it. Good luck getting off of it. They tell you you'll be on it for 6 months or so before they get more people hired, but that's bunch of bunk. I hated almost everyone I worked with and Team Leads sit at their desks all day doing God knows what. Never interact with their teams, only to bark orders at us. If you like to troubleshoot bikes, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away.
