      Pros

      Leblon offers jobs that fit your schedule. We got to work with fun people at all our events. Going to work gave a feel of being able to hang with your friends and getting paid for it. We had to sell our product, but in the atmospheres we were placed, it was easy to do!

      Cons

      I wish we had more hours that were available to work. We typically worked weekends. I also wish we were able to have more on-site events.

      Pros

      Leblon is a smaller company that has grown quite rapidly in the industry. There is still plenty of room for growth, while maintaining the security of a more established company. Being that it was a smaller company I was able to take leads and was given more responsibilities rather quickly. As a contracter I was able to make my own schedule and work on my time. The events are always fun, so work is too.

      Cons

      Some seasons there is more work than others. There is not always a constant flow of work.
