Great ppl to work with

Really no cons, just not a fit for me.

Leblon is a smaller company that has grown quite rapidly in the industry. There is still plenty of room for growth, while maintaining the security of a more established company. Being that it was a smaller company I was able to take leads and was given more responsibilities rather quickly. As a contracter I was able to make my own schedule and work on my time. The events are always fun, so work is too.

Some seasons there is more work than others. There is not always a constant flow of work.
