Pros

There can be a degree of flexibility on the way that you spend your time and working from home/time off. Although while there is a superficial flexibility, there can be a stigma against working from home. There is a great exposure to some first class health care companies.

Cons

The pay and career progression is severely lacking. Also the sensitivity/commitment to diversity is also abysmal. There are superficial efforts to hire minorities, but once diversity joins rank and file they just are content with them on the roster. Boys Club mentality is also strong at Leavitt Partners.

Flexible work environment, interesting work, great colleagues.

Cons

The workload can be heavy, but that's not a con; the company just works in a busy and fast-paced healthcare landscape.
