Low to mid stress, but demanding place to work. Managers and upper management are very organized and head strong. You need to do your job and do it well. People who excel are generally rewarded. They try to match your skills, I don't see people leaving or getting fired very often. Good people to work for. Very fair and good people to work around. Can talk directly to upper management very open to listening and solving any issues.

Not the most responsive at times to certain situations, they do respond but take there time. Most major issues have been resolved from years past, but not as fast as most would have liked to see.
