Pros
You choose your schedule. They only require minimum of 10 hours availability so it's not a huge commitment. Management is very communicative and you are assigned a personal Team Leader who can help answer questions and point you in the right direction. They have always shown me a tremendous amount of respect as a teacher. If you need to cancel classes, you just reschedule them and coordinate that with the student. I have always found the company very easy to get along with. The clientele is mainly business professionals who receive classes through the company they work for so it's a lot of business English (which I enjoy teaching). If you speak another language, they give you the option to TEACH that language as well. They give you options to take on group or individual classes. If your performance is good, you may get offered higher-paying classes. I have always had a very positive experience with this company, highly recommend!
Cons
The ONLY con I can think of is that the pay for the individual classes is not really competitive in comparison with other companies. Yes, as I built my record of performance, I got offered higher-paying classes.... But, even though I have consistently achieved Gold status in performance for a long time and my student ratings are excellent, my pay is exactly the same as it was 4 years ago when I started (for 1-2-1 classes). That's really my only complaint.
