      Pros

      The kids you work with are incredible. I firmly believe that there is no job that is nearly as rewarding. Everyday there was some interaction I had that kept me going.

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy. In addition, the staff were too sensitive to the comments of the faculty. This meant a lot of wasted time both before students arrived and after they left discussing issues that simply were not relevant to 99% of the faculty.

      Pros

      Everyone is so welcoming, supportive and open to ideas. Leadership is open to ideas and supports growth.

      Cons

      There's a lot of projects moving and never enough time in a day to do something. You take it in stride. People are always working harder.

      There's not much room for career growth unless your manager leaves.
