DO NOT WORK HERE - Sales LearningMate Solutions Employee Review

Pros

None that come to mind

Cons

They will lure you in with lies and promises about salary, culture and career growth but EVERYTHING is managed via India, despite some senior leaders living in NJ for less than 5 years. Very misogynistic, patriarchal culture who allow toxic employees to thrive as long as they are willing to work 24/7. Leadership does not understand the U.S. market and don't want to hear about ways to improve unless it's their idea. Strategy changes DAILY and communication is only is at a minimum. They lie to clients about service and capabilities and then don't understand why they are leaving to work with the competition. They attempt to enter new business markets without a plan or understanding of the gaps in that market...."just sell"

Pros

Decent Salary & remote life was the only nice perk

Cons

-Management is not on your side. There are individuals on the team that calls the shots and the “hierarchy” is very misaligned. -Expectations from the job was to hit the ground running. I was told to be the elite of NCLEX item writing. When I was not ever mentioned or told to during the interview that was a heavy portion of the role. Item writing was mentioned as a prerequisite. However, my experience was not counted as so and thought of lesser than. Would not be able to speak up to anyone (no matter how nice or constructive) for fear of retaliation or feeling stupid. No work life balance. I was working at 6am, 2pm, 10pm didn’t matter about “hours”. Because the work had project manager deadlines.
