You get to work with and learn from some seriously talented team members. Flexible working hours. Knowing that your work is helping underprivileged kids around the world as opposed to just being a job from which you earn a paycheck.

The deadlines given are sometimes tough, but that is to be expected from an organisation that wants to change the world.

Wonderfully warm working environment / culture. High ambitions in regards to helping children, esp. underpriviledged ones. It was a joy to work here.

Good culture is a result of a lot of trial and error in the look for hires. Not everyone fits. Always fairly compensated though, afaik. Being a "positive impact" kind of company also goes with low salaries for people living in higher income regions.
