Pros
As the team lead I go to control how the motion design department functioned, I did everything I could to make sure that the people under me weren't overworked and needing to constantly overtime to make sure things were done. The culture and environment was then a really nice place where the rest of the team always asked if you needed help and gave you the support that you needed.
Cons
The top level heads of the company then never listen to if we need certain things or if we were given a new project and deadline, that we already said was going to be infeasible they went ahead and did it anyway.
