Pros
Children and colleagues are all very good and friendly
Cons
They have their own set of rules here. Even 1 minute late, they will count. But when you come early or go back late, they never count. They will count every hour you owe and cut your salary accordingly when you resign. But if they owe you hours, they just kept quiet unless you pester them to show your time schedule. They promise you something before signing contract but change their mind after a few months, making things difficult for you. They will find many reasons to bond you for a long time. They purposely find things so can take money from you. Need to pay 1 month salary if you resigned within a year, even if the reason is made by them! Need to pay back for staff retreat if you do continue working for another year. Need to pay back bonus if you do not continue working for another year. If you tender your resignation, you are not entitled to any bonus or performance bonus. They do staff retreat but whoever staff that refuse to go, they cut your AL or NPL for that day. Heard a staff got terminated immediately because of "attendance issue". They purposely delayed confirming a teacher for 5 months because they said she was "incompetent" but still kept her until end of the year because there are no teachers to handle the K2 class. Forced staff to be bonded eventhough the teacher self sponsor her own course and didn't affect her working hours (she took night classes). Just be careful if you want to join here, they have "families" every where. And the upper persons all cannot be trusted to "take care" of you. Worse if you end up in their "bad book".
