      employee discount, getting to help customers find gifts, getting to wrap presents, getting to be creative

      Cons

      low pay, owner/corporate do not seem to care about actual educational toys. it was more important to sell squishmallows and slime and mario and spider man stuff than to find books, puzzles, and early childhood education related items.
