      Pros

      The company is really striving to reach their goals and I see that the majority of the workers are on board and striving fully. I like when people are passionate and not just going through a bunch of motions so I really appreciated it.

      Cons

      Diversity is still an issue. Few men work there and few people of color. They are working to be better but it's almost as if you can see them working towards it rather than just being it.

      Pros

      Mostly good coworkers that work hard

      Cons

      Management sucks including the supervisors of programs and upper management does not care about the employees or the kids and certain supervisors are never working and do absolutely nothing
