A lovely company to be part of before starting I had unfortunately read a previous bad review and I am so glad that I had decided to still move forward and ignore the negativity. I could not be happier here and love coming into work best decision I have made. LDT values their staff and they go above and beyond for everyone that walks through their door. As a family run business they are kind and dedicated and have strong core values which are demonstrated daily by how they treat their staff. I feel truly honoured to be part of LDT. Please ignore the negative reviews come onboard and see for yourself you will not be disappointed.

There’s also a strong sense of purpose, as the work we do directly impacts students in a meaningful way, with a clear commitment to wellbeing and creating a welcoming environment for all.

Opportunities for progression and development could be clearer, as roles and pay can remain quite consistent over time. That said, the positive culture and supportive environment make it a place people are happy to stay.
