Pros
The employees and the employer here are all amazing intelligent people. You can just tell it's a quality environment by observing the students here. The programs that they have set up here are excellent, and the vibe of the workplace is great. You can never be bored working here.
Cons
Obnoxious parents can sometimes be a problem but there aren't that many. When it comes to the pay, always make sure you make a written contract with the employer, not just verbal. It can be forgotten.
