Pros

Interesting to work on, good people to work with. Very good culture outside of my department, and people were easy to work with. I say salary is good and nice benefit. Good workplace and team events.

Cons

The feedback is based on working in R and D. Learnupon is company where leadership heavily scrutinise employees. The amount of employees deemed as “underperforming” is much higher than anywhere I work before. I saw at least 5x more people on PIP in this company than any other company I work for. The culture is toxic, and the staff turnover is very high. No accountability is shown from senior leadership. Too much inexperience in leadership lead to no improvement in situation. If you are joining different department than R and D I say culture is good, but think wisely before joining if coming to R and D. This department does not live company value, failing with the basics of good people management practices that are the foundations to any great company.

Pros

If you’re looking for a place where your ideas matter, your teammates have your back, and leadership actually knows your name and your dog’s name, LearnUpon is it. From a sales perspective, this is the dream: ✅ A product people actually want ✅ Clear direction without micromanagement ✅ Leadership that’s transparent, approachable, and doesn’t pretend to know everything (refreshing, right?) ✅ Revenue targets that are ambitious but not soul-crushing The vibe here is “get stuff done and have a laugh doing it.” My calendar has a healthy mix of pipeline reviews and random Slack debates about the best office snack (spoiler: it’s not rice cakes).

Cons

Look, no place is perfect. We’re still ironing out a few systems as we scale—like that one tool that requires a full moon and three support tickets to log in—but it’s all part of the growth journey. And no one’s too precious to roll up their sleeves.
