Pros
One of the things I like the most is the atmosphere in the sales room. Everyone supports each other on phone calls and provides great support for keeping the sales rolling in. Commission is great for the job and benefits are pretty flexible. Another thing is that as a small company, there is a lot of room to grow with my career. I see this path as a good opportunity. I really hope to start moving up soon and taking over some additional responsibilities, which I think will happen in the near future. Teamwork is good as far as the whole company goes.
Cons
It's a bit of a drive from my apartment and Tampa traffic is not fun at all to deal with. I would say the location and accessibility is a bit rough at times but nothing too serious. This is really not something specific, but I guess any sales job is going to bring pressure. I feel a lot of pressure to perform but this drives me to bigger and better, so again, nothing too serious.
