      great products helping millions of children and some of the best talent in this industry. Not a toy but a technology company

      poor product and business strategy. No vision for innovation and technology. E-suit too immersed in traditional toy industry and afraid of Retailers.

      Pros

      Peers are great, fun, supportive and creative.

      Cons

      They will not turn a contractor into a permanent hire. Do not go in as a contractor, you will be used up and thrown to the curb. Beware... If you go in as a contractor, always be applying. You are not part of the company.
