      Pros

      Strong mentorship in the different teams and if you are a young designer, you will learn a lot in a short period of time.

      Cons

      However, the opportunities for growth become much stunted the longer you stay as the senior staff like to retain control of the projects. The salary is also a joke; this firm puts no value in the design industry.
