My school is in a wonderful community, a high socio-economic area, with parents that are involved. Co-workers are great and passionate about educations.
Cons
Low morale for staff due to administration not respecting time, or the lack there of to plan. More and more tasks are thrown onto teachers' plates, instead of simplifying processes. Low pay.
