Pros

I have never worked at a better place than LeanKit: great leadership, great coworkers, great culture. Great leadership: The leadership isn't afraid to admit mistakes and make course corrections when necessary. If a plan or process doesn't work, it gets changed or replaced. At the same time, there is a clear vision and direction, unlike other places I've worked. I've never seen another company where the core values espoused really mean something (rather than mere jargon and buzzwords), and are really foundational to how we do what we do. Great coworkers: I'm continuously impressed with the quality of the employees--self-motivated, always seeking excellence, always doing their best. No one here is 'coasting' like at my previous jobs. They're picky about who they hire, and they've accumulated a fine bunch of folks. They inspire me to do my best. Great culture: The founders have been cognizant of the importance of company culture from the very start, and I think that's been key in navigating our rapid growth. I see a sincere and visible culture of experimentation and continuous improvement built into the company from the start. The whole company is kept in the loop about changes, strategies, etc... There's a sense of respect and responsibility; we are definitely not treated like children. They also practice what they preach in terms of Lean, Agile, Kanban, etc. 10/10 would seek job here again.

Cons

LeanKit is growing very fast, and that can be disorienting to navigate as an employee if you're not up for it. The 'org chart' is changing often enough it can be hard to keep up with.
