      Pros

      Coworkers are nice but there is a lot of turnover, customers were kind and excited about plants. If you love plants, it's a great job!

      The managerial hierarchy was strange.

      Chill environment surrounded by pretty plants. Never too much foot traffic where one may feel overwhelmed.

      Not many opportunities for raises.

      Flexible work hours, nice coworkers, and organized management are some of the pros of working at Leafy. Spending time around plants is fun too.

      Events are not planned as well as they should be.
