Great culture and leadership. The owners work hard to help us out with bonuses for increased gas costs, attendance, childcare, retention and raises twice a year!

Working with the children and playing with them.

Everything else. The management is horrible. There's always scheduling issues, no empathy towards employees even when sick. Some teachers seem nice, but are very loud and awful towards the kids behind closed doors. Too much drama, and the staff hired just don't care for there jobs.
