Pros
Product you were selling was top notch quality, local GM (Mark) and PM (Cecil) were good people and good managers, Training was great.
Cons
Couldn't sell main product in Florida so we had to sell something comparable to other companies at significantly higher prices (talllllll ask), appointments were up to 2 hours away frequently, 100% commission so the product being harder to sell means you were going to have less sales and income (never again will I fall for that trap), job description on compensation was very unrealistic for local market. Then they eliminated the entire sales team internally to outsource to a 3rd party company (judging by that company's new job postings).
