1. HR team is useless 2. Salary is on 15th of every month (delays 15 days) 3. No wfh and limited holiday option even on a public holiday which they glorify along with over working culture 4. No clear communication among leadership who is doing what 5. Unprofessional behaviour as some thinks they rule the office, culturally very backward due to lack of exposure. 6. Lack of resources which includes space for sitting and breathing 7. They want employees to work like slaves and some of the people are shows arrogance and bad behaviour however the leader says nothing about their unprofessionalism
