Schedule flexibility & nice internal community. Great place to start gaining experience in aerospace or for coasting through those last few years before retirement.
Cons
No upward mobility for pay or position title. Extremely bad employee turnover. The engineering department has no ability to train and lacks skill depth in business critical areas.
