Open and honest lines of communication, direct access to leadership, genuinely nice people who care about you and are good at what they do!
Cons
Only area of opportunity is we need to add additional partners/contracts so we have more roles for our current and future employees...The good news is that we are actively working to accomplish this and have added several new partners/contracts in the last 12-18 months. Onward and upward!
