Pros

Working here was such a great experience. The team is incredibly supportive and collaborative. Everyone genuinely cares about helping each other succeed. From the moment I was hired, I felt like my ideas were valued, and there’s a real sense of teamwork across the company. The leadership is awesome. They’re always providing opportunities for growth and really care about your personal development. It’s clear they want to see you succeed and are there to guide you every step of the way. The work itself is exciting and always keeps you on your toes. It’s a place where hard work is noticed, and you actually enjoy coming to work because the environment is so positive. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, be heard, work hard and get to know great people, this is the spot.

Cons

You need to be adaptable and figure things out on the fly, which can be challenging. But it keeps the work interesting, and the team is always there to help when you need it.

Pros

Leadgenix is a learning environment, no a super-learning environment! in every way. The people here are smart and constantly learning, which is a must in a business that changes as fast as digital marketing, but more than that, I love that they are constantly teaching each other and willing to share their knowledge with their clients. There are about 5 to 10 hours of formal teaching/trainings set up depending on the week, but that doesn't include all of the informal teaching and idea sharing that's constantly going on. It is the great energy you expect from a smart young startup.

Cons

The company carries all of the wounds and scars of a bootstrapped startup--it's obvious that the employees, equipment, and even the building have had to live the mantra of "Use It Up, Wear It Out, Make Do, Or Do Without."
