Pros

The interview process was handled with utmost professionalism throughout. I was kept well-informed as to the process and next steps. Everyone I interviewed with was impressive and set a high bar for employee standards.

Cons

Other than a miscommunication in the negotiation process, the process went very well.

Pros

Most of the employees are good, talented people. You may be lucky and get a good manager, but it's a coin toss.

Cons

The company is led by five men, most of whom lack the skills and leadership needed for their positions, yet they (some of them) feel entitled to be disrespectful to employees. From flat-out insulting employees during calls and calling people out by name while threatening to fire them, to woefully low salaries, a lack of career growth, and straight-up gaslighting (promising to significantly increase your salary next year, then saying the same thing when that time comes), the cons really outweigh the pros. Leadership is concerned about stagnant growth, and instead of tackling the real issues, they focus on petty things, such as calling people out for leaving 10 minutes before the end of the day or creating and recreating various kinds of useless policies that don't help employees or the business. The culture is one based on fear, as that is the only tool senior leadership knows how to wield. The repercussions are seen not only in employees' physical and mental health, but also in the archaic way of doing things, the lack of innovation, fear of trying new things, fear of asking questions, all of which affect business outcomes.
