Pros

The industry is interesting and it is always enjoyable for me to learn something new and be challenged. There are people I enjoy working with and who are truly good people. I was drawn to Leaderpromos because it was woman owned and mentorship and women supporting and empowering other women is very important to me my values.

Cons

Culture and actually valuing your employees. The only individuals who are valued are the executives, everyone else has no value. That is the message that is clearly communicated and delivered on a regular basis. Actions speak louder than words and through actions we see underpaid people, an awful 401k program, people terminated left and right, and a culture where it is ok to be nasty and disrespectful to one another.

Pros

You get to work for lots of brands

Cons

No work life balance. They don’t care if they keep you until 1 am even though your exhausted and you need to let your dog out. They don’t care about you as an individual, they want to pay the least possible for the most output possible. So much gossip, people not speaking the truth, allowing the CEO’s toxic mindset to set the tone for the rest of the leadership. Work here if you like being overworked, underpaid, under appreciated and help them make millions. Work here if you don’t mind losing your evenings or weekends because of the lack of staff. Work here if you don’t mind high turnover and a new manager every quarter. And lastly, work here if you don’t mind working for posers who don’t actually believe in DEI or sustainability whatsoever.
